REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICYLast Updated: December 25, 2025

Alph1, we strive to provide high-fidelity financial insights and world-class consulting services. Because our services involve professional time, custom analysis, and digital access, the following policy applies to all transactions.
1. Professional Consulting ServicesFor bespoke services (Auditing, Tax Planning, CFO Advisory), the terms of cancellation and refunds are strictly governed by the individual
Engagement Letter or
Service Agreement signed between Alph1 and the Client.
- Retainers: Initial retainer fees are generally non-refundable as they cover the immediate allocation of expert resources.
- Work in Progress: If a project is cancelled mid-way, Alph1 reserves the right to bill for the actual hours/resources expended up to the date of cancellation.
2. Digital & SaaS ProductsIf Alph1 provides access to digital dashboards or automated reporting tools on a subscription basis:
- Subscription Fees: All monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.
3. Onboarding & Setup FeesFees related to the initial setup of your accounts, data integration, or historical book-cleanup are non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced, as these involve significant manual labor and technical configuration by the Alph1 team.
4. Exceptional CircumstancesAlph1 values long-term partnerships. In exceptional cases of service failure or technical errors on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or a service credit toward future billings.
5. Refund ProcessingIf a refund is approved by our billing department:
- It will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
